About This Opportunity
The Young Entrepreneurs’ Boot Camp (YEB) at BITS Pilani is a dynamic residential program designed to ignite innovation and entrepreneurial ambition in young minds. This intensive six-day program provides school students with an immersive experience in technology-driven innovation and the entrepreneurial ecosystem at BITS Pilani. It aims to enlighten and actively engage participants in various aspects of entrepreneurship through talks, workshops, and visits to state-of-the-art facilities.
This boot camp is specifically designed for school students in Grades 9 to 12 or equivalent, who are passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship. There are no specific academic prerequisites beyond being a student in the eligible grades. The program is open to students from across the country, offering a unique opportunity for aspiring young entrepreneurs.
Participants will learn essential entrepreneurial skills from industry experts, interact with BITS Pilani students' clubs and distinguished alumni, and gain hands-on experience in high-tech labs. They will also have the opportunity to spend time with a startup and showcase their innovation and entrepreneurial capabilities via the BITS Pilani YEB Innovation Pitching Challenge. All participants receive a Certificate of Participation, recognized by BITS Pilani.
The program includes a design thinking approach to help students build innovative products and develop business models. It also features fun and cultural activities, enriching the overall experience. The boot camp is conducted at BITS Pilani campuses, including Goa and Hyderabad, providing a comprehensive and engaging learning environment.
