About
Milaan Foundation is a youth-led non-profit organisation founded in 2015. The foundation works at the intersection of gender equality and community empowerment, focusing on adolescent girls from marginalised communities across four states. Its flagship programme, the Girl Icon Fellowship, trains girls aged 12–18 as community change agents over a 12-month cohort-based fellowship. The foundation has reached over 100,000 girls and works in partnership with SAP and other civil society organisations.
