About This Opportunity

The Milaan Girl Icon Fellowship is a 12-month cohort-based leadership fellowship identifying and nurturing adolescent girls aged 12 to 18 from underserved communities as community change agents.

The programme operates in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, and Karnataka. Fellows undergo structured leadership training, skill-building workshops, and implement community action projects over the fellowship year.

The programme is free of charge, and fellows receive a monthly stipend supported by SAP. Milaan Foundation has reached over 100,000 girls through its programmes and selects each cohort through an application and interview process.
