About
YOCee is a Chennai-based children's digital news platform founded in November 2006 by Revathi R. It operates as a virtual youth newsroom where children and young adults from Classes 5 through 12 produce and publish news from their schools and neighbourhoods. Content is created by young reporters, not just for them, making YOCee one of India's earliest and most sustained platforms for children's participatory journalism. The platform's coverage spans school events, community news, city news, sustainability, and climate reporting.
