About this opportunity
The AIFF U17 Women's Youth League is the All India Football Federation's national club competition for girls' under-17 teams. Clubs and academies take part as teams, and girls play through the club they train with.
AIFF runs it as its own tournament, separate from the boys' youth leagues, at one host venue. Sixteen clubs play in four groups of four. The top two teams from each group reach the quarter-finals, followed by the semi-finals and the final.
The league gives girls' club teams a structured national competition at this age. AIFF has not published the regulations, so the exact birth-year rule, squad size and prizes are not yet public.

How entries are judged
The team that scores more goals wins a match. Group places decide the quarter-finalists, and a knockout match that ends level is settled by penalty kicks.
Selection process
AIFF names the clubs that take part, drawn from Indian Women's League and IWL 2 clubs and other academies, and each club picks its squad from its own players. In the league, group places decide the eight quarter-finalists, and knockout matches decide the champion.
