About this opportunity
The Confidence Series is a theme-based summer English course from British Council India that helps children and teenagers build self-expression skills through debates, presentations, speeches, and performance-based tasks.
The course is designed for participants aged 6 to 17, with a separate curriculum tailored to five age bands so that debate and presentation tasks match each group's language level. Classes run as face-to-face sessions at the provider's Teaching Centre, led by British Council English language teachers using interactive, activity-based lessons.
Participants build confidence speaking and presenting in English while developing skills in structured argumentation, storytelling, and real-world communication tasks such as debates and speeches. Sessions combine group projects, creative exercises, and guided practice so that each participant gets repeated opportunities to speak and perform in front of peers.
The Confidence Series is one of two theme options offered as part of British Council India's annual Summer Camp, alongside a separate Discovery Series that focuses on curiosity and collaborative problem-solving. Families can choose to enrol in a single theme or both as a bundle.
