About This Opportunity

The IPMUN Regional Model United Nations Conference is a two-day in-person conference organized by International Peace MUN across multiple Indian cities. Students simulate United Nations committee proceedings, debating global issues and developing diplomacy, public speaking, negotiation, and leadership skills through structured parliamentary procedure.

The conference is open to school students from grade 6 onwards and college students, with committees spanning various UN bodies including the UN Security Council, World Health Organization, and specialized committees. Both beginner and advanced level committees are typically offered to accommodate participants of varying experience levels.

All delegates receive participation certificates, with award certificates presented to outstanding performers. The conference provides students with practical experience in research, policy analysis, resolution drafting, and diplomatic negotiation within a structured and supportive environment.

IPMUN has hosted regional conferences across Indian cities including Ahmedabad, Pune, Gandhidham, and at the Statue of Unity, with the organization having trained over 6,000 students since its founding in 2019.
