Eligibility
Open to students in grades 8, 9, and 10 from recognized schools across India. Participants are selected through a multi-level process, starting at the school level. Only one winner from each State and Union Territory is eligible to compete at the national level.

The national winner receives a scholarship of ₹48,000. Nine runners-up receive ₹24,000 each, and other national participants receive ₹12,000 each.

Rules and guidelines
- Each participant is allotted a maximum of 6 minutes for their presentation.

- No assistance from teachers or escorts is allowed on the dais during the deliberation.
- A written aptitude test is conducted for all participants before the seminar begins.
