About This Opportunity
Reliance Foundation Young Champs is a fully funded residential football academy in Navi Mumbai that identifies talented young players from across India and develops them into complete footballers and confident young people.
Selected boys join the academy on a full scholarship that covers professional coaching, formal education, accommodation, meals, sports science and medical care. The academy follows the belief that each scholar is a child first and a player second, pairing elite training with life skills, psychological support and academic learning so that every player grows on and off the pitch.
Players progress through age groups from under fourteen to under nineteen, train under full time specialist coaches and travel on international exposure tours. Graduates have signed professional contracts with Indian Super League clubs, creating a clear pathway from grassroots talent to the professional game.

Open to Indian boys nationwide. Players are scouted for the under fourteen entry batch through online and on-ground trials, and selected boys continue their development at the residential academy through to the under nineteen age group. The exact birth year window is set for each annual scouting cycle.
