About This Opportunity
The THINQ Quiz, organized by the Indian Navy, is a prestigious national-level competition designed to foster intellectual growth and a deep sense of national pride among young minds. This unique quiz aims to provide students with an unparalleled opportunity to explore India's rich maritime legacy and understand the Indian Navy's way of life. The competition blends general knowledge with India-focused themes, including special rounds on the Indian Navy and India-specific topics.
This quiz is open to all students enrolled in classes 9 to 12 from any school across India, regardless of their board, affiliation, or region. Teams must consist of two members from the same school, though inter-class teams are permitted. Registration must be completed by school staff, as students are not allowed to self-register.
Participants stand to gain significant benefits, including exciting prizes, mementos, and certificates. Semi-finalists and finalists will receive a fully sponsored trip to the Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala, Kerala, offering them a unique opportunity to visit naval ships, establishments, and training facilities. This experience aims to introduce them to the naval way of life and encourage an understanding of Kerala's culture and heritage.
The competition unfolds in a hybrid format, starting with online elimination rounds, followed by online zonal selections, and culminating in offline semi-finals and a grand finale at the Indian Naval Academy.
