About this opportunity
Outclass is a residential outdoor life-skills program that takes students in grades 4 to 12 through experiential adventure challenges at outdoor learning campuses across India, building courage, care and confidence over a multi-day stay away from the classroom.
The program is designed around three developmental pillars. Courage challenges give students hands-on experience taking charge and exploring different leadership styles. Care activities build trust and teamwork through shared struggle, while Confidence exercises support self-discovery.
Outclass is a certified adventure partner of the International Award for Young People and its programs meet eligibility criteria for the Bronze, Silver and Gold award levels. The curriculum aligns with CBSE SUPW guidelines, the IB learner profile, CAS requirements, and the National Education Policy 2020.
Programs run across a network of residential outdoor campuses in the Himalayan foothills and southern India, supported by safety measures including a doctor on campus, a 1:5 adult-to-child ratio, UIAA-standardized adventure equipment and comprehensive insurance coverage.
