About
Youreka is an experiential education and youth-development organization that designs outdoor and in-school life-skills programs for students in grades 4 through 12. Established in 1996 and merged with fellow experiential-learning organization Inme in 2019, it has worked with more than 100,000 students across over 400 partner schools. Youreka operates on the belief that life skills such as leadership, resilience, teamwork and self-discovery are best developed experientially. Its outdoor programs are a certified adventure partner of the International Award for Young People (IAYP), and its curricula align with CBSE SUPW guidelines, the IB learner profile and CAS requirements, and NEP 2020. The organization's portfolio spans outdoor residential life-skills camps, in-school socio-emotional learning interventions, financial literacy simulations, and student leadership training, delivered through outdoor learning campuses across North and South India.
