Youreka's Student Leader Program is an in-school or outdoor leadership intervention for prefects and student council members, building the skills and commitment they need to serve as role models within their school.

The program is designed for prefects and student council members and is delivered in-school over two days, or at an outdoor location over four days, with the specific format, school and dates confirmed directly with Youreka at the time of booking.

Sessions build the ability to communicate effectively with peers, teachers, school leaders, guests and parents, and to manage projects, enforce discipline, make decisions and handle conflict, all through Youreka's experiential, facilitator-led approach.
