Your account, in WiWit

WiWit knows only what you share: your name and city, and your child's name, age, grade, interests and dreams. That is enough to find what fits. Everything about your account sits behind one circle at the top right.

Where it lives, on every tab

  1. 1Your child's name. Tap it to switch children, add one, or edit a child.
  2. 2Notifications. A teal number on the bell counts what is unread.
  3. 3Your initial. Tap it for everything about your account.
  4. 4My Profile, Settings, Notifications and Sign out.

1.Get started

  1. Get WiWit and sign in

    Free on Google Play and the App Store. Your phone number, then the code from the SMS. Your number stays private.

  2. First, about you

    Your name, your email if you like, and your State and City. One screen.

  3. Add your child

    Four short steps: name and Boy or Girl; date of birth and grade; interests; dreams. Then the deck begins.

2.Your children

Open Settings, then Children.

  1. 1One row per child. Tap it to edit anything: name, date of birth, grade, interests, dreams. The three dots offer Remove.
  2. 2The plus adds another child, the same four steps.

3.Notifications

Open Settings, then Notifications.

  1. 1Turn on notifications: the main switch. If your phone has them off for WiWit, a notice at the top says so.
  2. 2One switch for each kind: new matches, deadline reminders, messages from a class, and your circle.
  3. 3Notification hours: From and Until. Nothing buzzes outside them, except a saved opportunity closing within a day.

4.Privacy and your data

Open Settings, then Privacy.

  • Findable by Phone Number: lets other parents add you using your phone number. On by default.
  • App Analytics: anonymous usage data that helps improve the app. Off until you turn it on.
  • Download My Data: everything on your account, in one file, saved to your phone.
  • Delete Account, back on Settings: removes everything, for good.

Frequently asked questions

How many children can I add?

As many as you have. Each child gets a separate Discover deck, saved list, achievements and showcase. Switch between children with the name at the top of the screen.

Does WiWit share my child's details?

No. Your child's details are used to find opportunities that fit. Family income and reservation category, if you give them under your profile, are used only for matching and never shared with organizers.

I want to change my name or city.

Open Settings and tap your name at the top. Every field saves as you type.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings, then Delete Account. Your profile, your children, certificates, posts, connections, saved opportunities and reminders are all removed. It cannot be undone.
